SOPRANO Inbound features a sophisticated decision logic enabling the use of multiple valid strings for Keywords and Subkeywords. This provides users with more control in determining how keywords are matched and ensues a more accurate match for responses.

SOPRANO Inbound supports the creation of Polls, Surveys, Quizzes and Competitions allowing for the mobile channel to be easily incorporated with print, digital and online campaigns and promotions. The in-built campaign engine allows winners to be determined automatically based on the rules and criteria specified by the creator of the campaign or by holding a randomized campaign draw. The system is able to automatically notify respondents of their win/lose status accordingly.
